1. 약관의 동의

TopikIQ 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")을 다운로드, 설치, 접근 또는 사용함으로써 이 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으시면 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.

2. 서비스 설명

TopikIQ는 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 준비를 위한 학습 플랫폼으로, 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:

계정 등록: 앱의 전체 기능을 이용하려면 계정 등록이 필요합니다. 게스트 모드로도 제한적으로 이용 가능합니다.

보안 책임: 계정 비밀번호는 본인이 관리해야 하며, 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대해 사용자 본인이 책임을 집니다.

무료 체험: 앱 내 7일 Pro 체험은 결제 정보 없이 시작되며, AI 일일 사용 한도가 제한됩니다. 체험 종료 시 자동 과금되지 않습니다. 향후 App Store/Google Play 무료 체험이 제공될 경우 해당 스토어의 결제 정책이 적용됩니다.

자동 갱신: 유료 구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구독 기간 만료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 청구됩니다.

구독 해지:

해지 후에도 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용 가능하며, 이후 갱신되지 않습니다.

5. 환불 정책

환불 안내
  • 환불은 결제를 처리한 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 요청해야 합니다.
  • 환불 가능 여부는 해당 스토어의 환불 정책 및 관련 법령상 포기할 수 없는 소비자 권리에 따릅니다.
  • TopikIQ(식빵영어)는 스토어 환불을 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
  • 앱 내 7일 무료 체험은 결제 정보 없이 제공되므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
  • 기존 구독자는 가격 변경 시 현재 구독 기간 동안 기존 가격이 유지됩니다.

6. AI 생성 콘텐츠 면책조항

TopikIQ의 AI 기능(작문 채점, 튜터링 등)은 교육 참고용으로만 제공됩니다. AI 생성 응답은 공식 TOPIK 시험 자료가 아니며, 한국교육과정평가원(KICE) 공식 자료를 완전히 대체하지 않습니다. 부정확한 정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 공식 자료로 항상 검증하시기 바랍니다.

7. 지적 재산권

앱의 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 그래픽, 로고, 오디오)는 식빵영어의 자산이며 저작권으로 보호됩니다. 사용자가 제출한 콘텐츠(작문, 답안 등)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있으나, 서비스 개선을 위한 사용 라이선스를 부여합니다. 명시적 허가 없이 앱 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 수정할 수 없습니다.

9. 책임의 제한

식빵영어는 AI 튜토링의 정확성, 시험 성적, 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실, 제3자 콘텐츠의 정확성에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적, 우발적, 결과적 손해에 대한 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 제한됩니다.

10. 계정 해지

약관 위반(불법 활동, 반복 위반, 사기 행위, 결제/체험 악용 등)이 확인될 경우 회사는 계정을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 관련 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책에서 달리 요구하지 않는 한 미사용 기간에 대한 환불이나 크레딧은 제공되지 않습니다.

11. 준거법 및 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 사용자 거주지의 강행적 소비자보호법이 적용되는 범위에서 해당 법이 우선합니다. 분쟁은 원만히 해결되지 않는 경우 부산지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

12. 약관 변경

회사는 이 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시되고 앱 내 알림을 통해 공지합니다. 계속 사용 시 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TopikIQ application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TopikIQ is a learning platform for TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam preparation, offering:

Registration: An account is required for full access. Limited functionality is available in Guest mode.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining your password and for all activity under your account.

Free trial: The in-app 7-day Pro trial starts without payment details, uses reduced AI daily limits, and does not auto-charge when it ends. If an App Store or Google Play free trial is offered in the future, that store's billing policy will apply.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Your account is charged at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancellation:

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Information
  • Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that processed the payment.
  • Refund eligibility is determined by that store's refund policy and any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
  • TopikIQ (Sikppang English) does not directly process store refunds.
  • The in-app 7-day free trial requires no payment information and is not subject to refund.
  • Existing subscribers retain their current pricing if prices change during an active subscription period.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI features (writing grading, tutoring, etc.) are for educational reference only. AI-generated responses are not official TOPIK exam materials and do not replace official KICE resources. They may contain inaccuracies and should always be verified against official materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content (text, images, graphics, logos, audio) is the property of Sikppang English and is protected by copyright. You retain ownership of content you submit (essays, answers, etc.) but grant us a license to use it for service improvement. You may not copy, distribute, or modify App content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sikppang English is not liable for the accuracy of AI tutoring, exam results, service interruptions, data loss, or the accuracy of third-party content. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Account Termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations including illegal activity, repeated violations, fraud, or abuse of payment/trial systems. No refund or credit is owed for unused time unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies where it cannot be waived. Disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to the Busan District Court, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes are posted on this page and communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
